Radon Testing Results

District facilities undergo periodic radon testing as part of Iowa requirements and the district’s ongoing commitment to maintaining safe and supportive learning environments for students, staff, and visitors. Radon is a naturally occurring gas that cannot be seen or smelled and can be found in buildings across Iowa and the United States.

Testing is completed on a rotating schedule throughout district buildings, and results are shared publicly to provide transparency and information for our school community. The EPA recommends action when radon levels reach or exceed 4.0 pCi/L.

Below you will find the most recent radon testing results for district facilities.
