Cultivating Safe and Healthy Screen Habits

Following last month’s discussion at the Bondurant Community Library, we’re excited to offer additional opportunities to continue learning and engaging on the topic of kids, technology, and mental health. We look forward to continuing these important conversations with you!

Three-Part Book Study: The Anxious Generation

Join us for a three-part book study at the Bondurant Community Library, where we’ll explore key insights from The Anxious Generation and discuss practical ways to support kids in developing healthy screen habits. Limited copies are available at the Bondurant Community Library for checkout. The book is also available for online purchase through several major retailers.

Film Viewing: The Social DilemmaAttend a screening of The Social Dilemma, a documentary that examines the impact of social media on mental health and society.

  • No registration required for the viewing event.
