Dave Mohr - Obituary and Service Information

We are saddened to share that Bondurant-Farrar teacher Dave Mohr passed away this weekend following extended health issues.

Mr. Mohr served as an Industrial Technology teacher at the Bondurant-Farrar Junior High and High School. He was passionate about teaching, proud to be a Bluejay, and many also knew him through his involvement in athletics and officiating. 

“Dave dedicated decades to education. He taught in Bondurant in the 1970s and returned about five years ago to once again be a Bluejay,” said Superintendent Rich Powers. “He was a real character who loved connecting with others through humor, stories, and encouragement. Dave was one of a kind, and we benefited from his positive attitude and strong work ethic.”

We extend our condolences to Mr. Mohr's family, friends, former students, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
