Girls Wrestling Coaching Opportunity

Help Lead the Future of Girls Wrestling at Bondurant-Farrar

Bondurant-Farrar is continuing to grow our girls wrestling program, and we’re looking for the right leaders to help take it to the next level.

Located in Central Iowa, our district is expanding opportunities for female student-athletes as we head into the 2026-27 season. Our program will include a new JV high school team while continuing our varsity partnership with Ankeny CSD. With strong participation at the junior high level and growing interest across our district, we’re building a program ready for continued growth.

We’re looking for coaches who are passionate about developing student-athletes, building relationships, and investing in the future of girls wrestling.

Why Bondurant-Farrar?

  • Strong strength & conditioning program
  • New facilities, including a dedicated wrestling space (add square footage here)
  • A licensed strength & conditioning teacher
  • Built-in class time for female athletes in strength training
  • Strong support from our community, school board, and administration
  • A community youth wrestling club helping build the pipeline
  • An established junior high program entering its third year

This is a unique opportunity to help shape and grow a program with a strong foundation and a clear vision for the future.
