Curriculum Review

Curriculum is regularly reviewed by department teaching staff in order to optimize learning experiences and ensure students are gaining the skills needed to succeed. We review each subject area on a 7-year rotation to ensure it remains up-to-date and meets the needs of our students. During this review cycle, teachers focus on assessing student progress, updating materials, and aligning instruction with state standards to keep learning engaging and effective.

The district is not currently proposing a change in curriculum and therefore is not seeking public comment at this time.

Spanish materials were reviewed most recently. That information is included below for reference. As standard process, all district families are notified and given an opportunity for public comment prior to board consideration.

With questions about this process, please contact the district office at 515-967-7819.
