Director of Instructional Services

Jodi Brogan serves as the Director of Instructional Services for the Bondurant-Farrar Community School District where her role is to provide leadership and vision in the ongoing planning, implementation, development, direction, review, and evaluation of the district’s curriculum and instructional services, federal programs, career and technical education services, assessment, research and evaluation services. The Director of Instructional Services reports directly to the Superintendent.
Jodi Brogan began in this role at the start of the 2017-18 school year. Prior to this position, she was the K-12 Literacy Coach here at Bondurant-Farrar schools for three years. Jodi began her teaching career in 1999 in the Pella CSD where she taught first, second and third grades.
Mrs. Brogan received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from the University of Northern Iowa. She received her Master of Arts degree in Effective Teacher, Learning, and Leadership from Drake University and is currently in the process of earning a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from Walden University.
Jodi and her husband, Andy, live in Pleasant Hill with their two dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, and watching movies.
