The Bondurant-Farrar Community School District school counselors believe:

The students of the Bondurant-Farrar Community School District are resilient, independent citizens who contribute positively to the world around them and are globally minded. As emotionally intelligent adults, our students will self-advocate and think critically.

The mission of the Bondurant-Farrar Community School District School Counseling Program is to provide a comprehensive, preventative K-12 program that fosters academic, career, and social-emotional development. Through collaboration with educators, parents, and the community, school counselors empower students to become emotionally intelligent individuals, lifelong learners, critical thinkers, and globally minded citizens.
