Anti-Bullying & Harassment

At Bondurant-Farrar, we are committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for every student. Harassment, bullying, hazing, and other harmful behaviors are strictly prohibited in our schools. We take all reports seriously and are here to provide support and assistance whenever needed.

Is it bullying?

Understanding the difference between a mean moment, conflict, and bullying is key to handling each situation effectively. Mean moments are isolated acts of unkindness, conflict involves disagreements between peers, and bullying is repeated, intentional harm. Our team is always available to guide and support those involved, ensuring a safe and respectful school environment.

Can you spot the difference?

School counselors have created examples to explain the differences between mean moments, conflict, and bullying. These types of examples are shared with students to help them recognize each situation, understand how to respond, and know when to seek help.

Behavior Response Matrices

Each school building has a board-approved behavior response matrix to guide administrators in addressing and managing student behaviors. This matrix provides a clear framework for handling misconduct consistently and fairly, ensuring students understand expectations and consequences. It supports a positive and respectful learning environment for all.
