This year, Bondurant-Farrar earned a Blue and Gold Award, the competition’s highest honor, in the advertising category for the district’s recent recruitment campaign. This campaign, completed in collaboration with our human resources department, included enhancements to the human resources section of our district website, creation of staff spotlight graphics, paid advertising in area print publications, utilization of our district e-newsletter, and a short video featuring staff. The campaign was aimed at showcasing our district’s climate and culture in hopes of attracting and retaining the best candidates for over 35 new positions announced for the 2022-23 school year.

The district was honored with the following awards:

  • Blue and Gold Award: “Why Bondurant-Farrar?” Recruitment Campaign

  • Award of Merit: Grade Reconfiguration Informational Graphic

“It is important for community members to feel informed, involved, and aware of classroom, building, and district happenings,” said Rich Powers, superintendent. “Our improvement as a district is dependent on effective communication and targeted feedback.
