Electronic Distribution of Documents Notice
Federal legislation, including the Health Care Reform Act, requires the Bondurant-Farrar Community School District to provide the following notices. Of these notices, the Medicare Part D is the first listed in each of the attached packets. If you are not presently Medicare eligible or approaching this, it is not of great concern.
