  • Hello everyone, we have been approved to host a soup supper for the last regular season home game on October 22nd, to make sure that everyone who wants to attend the game is there we are holding it from 4:30-6:30.  We will need volunteers to make soups, rolls & desserts. I plan on purchasing water from Sam's Club.  We will also need people to work the supper, set up and clean up!   Silver cord hours will be awarded for any HS student willing to help!

With everyone's help we can make this a HUGE success for the kids. Let me know what you want to cook, bake or how you want to help! It's going to take many hands on deck!

Just a quick reminder we have the THRONE flushing around town, if you would like to be the KING or QUEEN of the THRONE ( moving it from yard to yard) let me know, I am sure my plumbers will gladly take a break!
Also we are set up for the HURTS donut drive thru November 26th, pick up 8-10:30am $25 per dozen

I will have a sign up at the October 12th meeting, if you can attend that would be great!
Also anyone else who would like to take on a fundraising event please let me know, again the more the merrier.

I am looking for someone to head up the Hot Chocolate/ Carriage ride event on Dec 5th, we will also need a couple of bakers for cookies that day as well.

If you have any questions PLEASE feel free to email me or text is best

    Thanks again to you all
