The Bondurant-Farrar CSD Board of Education actively seeks to promote and respond to the educational, recreational, civic and cultural needs of its community through the resources of the community schools. However, all school facilities have been primarily erected and maintained for the use of the students of Bondurant-Farrar Schools and shall not be used for another purpose that will conflict with that use.
The District requires at least two-week notice, and no earlier than 60 days, on requests and reserves the right to deny, move, cancel, and postpone any activity, including school and school related activities, due to conflict, disregard of policies, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
Prices will vary depending on the requested space and what type of group and/or activity. Supervision or custodial staffing will be scheduled at the discretion of the District.
Community Facility Use Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the community member or organization to read and adhere to the Administrative Guidelines.
Scheduling A Facility
Visit the Facility Scheduler site to Become a Requester and then formally request space for your community activity or event. You must be approved as a Requester prior to requesting space.
