We are excited to announce an upcoming opportunity for both you and your K-6 students to engage with our school community!
On October 12, we will be hosting a special STREAM Night / Parent University event where parents and guardians can attend a variety of engaging learning sessions tailored to your interests and needs. While you explore these valuable learning opportunities, your children will participate in a variety of entertaining and unique STREAM (Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts, and Math) activities with their peers. It's a chance for them to explore and experiment in a fun and collaborative environment.
This event is designed to foster a stronger connection between our school, your family, and your child's education. Stay tuned for more details, including the schedule and the exciting topics we'll be covering during the parent sessions.

PARENT/GUARDIAN SESSION TOPICS:
You will have time for three sessions. Here are the sessions you can choose from:

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Do I need to register to attend? Yes. To ensure we have enough supplies and snacks on hand, we need to have an accurate count of students attending.
How do I register? You can register your child by logging into your RevTrak account and clicking on the Parent University tile. Registration is open from September 29 - October 9.
Is there a registration fee? Yes. $2.00 per student.
What is the fee for? The money will be used to purchase a snack for all students, as well as any additional materials used for the STREAM activities.
Who is this event for? All K-6 students and their parents/guardians
Can I attend without my child? Yes! No need to register, just join us for the parent/guardian sessions.
If a parent/guardian is unable to stay and attend the Parent University sessions, can my child still attend the STREAM activities? No. A parent or guardian must accompany their child and attend the parent/guardian sessions.
Can another family member accompany a student(s) if the parent/guardian is unable to attend? Yes. If a parent or guardian is unable to attend, then another family member (18 years or older), may attend the parent/guardian sessions in their place.
What time should we arrive? Please arrive between 5:45 - 5:55. Parents/Guardians will walk their child(ren) to their assigned classroom, then go to their first session, which will begin promptly at 6:00.
What Anderson Elementary entrance should I use? Please use the main entrance. Once inside the building there will be tables for student check-in.
