  • Iowa Supreme Court to Hear Oral Arguments in Bondurant

    The Iowa Supreme Court will hold oral arguments on April 2 at the BFHS auditorium, starting at 7 p.m. It's open to the public. Afterwards, the Polk County Bar Association will host a reception with the justices.

    Our Teacher Academy students rocked a two-day session with third graders, diving into the “How to Catch a Snowman” book. They didn't just read—they crafted lesson plans, problem-solved, and became awesome mentors.

  • Bond Referendum: November 7, 2023

    With approximately 70-100 new students annually, the proposed $48 million bond would fund new and expanded school facilities - critical needs to support students. Approval of the referendum would not increase the school’s tax rate.

    Children up through the age of 18 can get the nutrition they need through designated summer meal sites, at no cost to them or their families.

    As a safety precaution, the road that circles behind the intermediate school will be closed to vehicles, including baseball and softball traffic, throughout the summer.
