As we begin our initial push to fill teaching positions for next school year, we are reaching out to members of our community to assist us in spreading the word and recruiting qualified candidates for these crucial roles.
With the recent statewide shift from Teach Iowa to Iowa Works, many jobseekers are having difficulty in locating teaching jobs on the new platform. At Bondurant-Farrar, we have noticed a decrease in applications this hiring season, leading to fewer candidates for our current teaching openings.
